For full USA support and for RGA warranty repairs to be performed on east coast of USA instead of shipping to far east China for repairs, then you will surely need to buy from a local or listed Authorized USA dealer, whether or not the Amazon or E-Bay seller claims to ships from a warehouse  in the USA. I'm sure Autel USA will be willing to help solve unit issues short of having to send the unit back in for repair, the problem is if it was sold from an authorized dealer in China it likely needs to be shipped back to Mainland China for the repairs and go through customs on each end.
